There is an old story of two managers discussing staff members and the training of these staff members. The first manager objects to additional spend on training saying, “What if we train, spend the money on staff and they leave?” The second manager replies, “What if we don’t spend the money on the training, and they end up staying?”. What this story lacks, is the third option – why don’t we get our staff from Conekt Dynamix. Over the last 25 years, Conekt, a level 1 BBBEE company, has been part of, and has helped shape the ever-changing South African Information Technology landscape. As a business group, Conekt has not only achieved stand-alone success, but also successfully hiving-off a number of aligned associate companies, Conekt Dynamix is the latest business to be developed and grown through Conekt. Utilising significant insight and experience in understanding our client’s businesses as well as the Information Technology Services industry, we identified that there was a need for a new resourcing solution, that combines smarter purpose driven thinking together with the speed clients are demanding. With this in mind, Conekt Dynamix was established.
