ACCA was established in 1991 on the basis of International accounting office of Civil Aviation Administration of China Financial Bureau. With 19 years growth from 1991, now ACCA have become the largest provider of application services and business outsourcing services in the revenue accounting area of China, and also serve as the settlement & clearing centre of China aviation and the largest BSP DPC over the world. At present, customers of ACCA cover 25 airlines, 47 airports and air traffic management authorities. Meanwhile, ACCA is one of IATA suppliers and also provides applications and business processing services to other companies and organizations. In 2006, ACCA successfully implemented three new generation systems ARMS (for Domestic Passenger Revenue Accounting), EPOC (for Cargo Revenue Accounting) and SMARTRIX (for Data Analysis System) In 2009, ACCA began to provide hotel settlement service in China In 2010, ACCA launched Dovepay – an E-payment platform In 2010, ACCA completed the development of IPRA (the new generation of International Passenger Revenue Accounting System). It has been implemented in Air China, China Eastern Airlines, and China Southern Airlines In 2011, ACCA was selected by IATA to provide DPC service to BSP Japan. After the transition of BSP Japan and BSP Georgia, ACCA will providing DPC service for a total of 50 BSPs, which covers Asian Pacific, Europe and North America, as well as the ADM service for the 50 BSPs and BSP Russia and India
