We can (often with third party specialists) "promote" or project manage land for new residential development in the same geographical area. This usually involves working with landowners who may have land suitable for new housebuilding/development on a Joint Venture basis to maximise the value of the land for the benefit of the landowner and the promoter jointly. We have an extensive range of local industry contacts including house builders, land promoters, estate agents and property professionals within our network at a senior level.
