Our experience covers all aspects of a design and build project, from sourcing, design, costing, project management and delivery. We started working in design and build for a national supplier in 1994, moving onto a local fit out business in 2000 and helping it grow from £4M to £12M annual turnover. Having developed a family run residential property business since 2005 we have developed homes for let and large multi-let properties (HMO’s), as well as holiday homes and serviced accommodation. We now work on projects from £30K to £2M to refurbish flats, offices and build new homes, as well as home extensions for our customers. We have an extensive understanding of how to add value to a property and how to plan space to maximise the use and support the desired functions. A great attention to detail and an eye for design, we have the ability to understand a customer brief and the commitment to deliver and support a successful project every time.
