Football Development Institute is an educational, development and research institution in professional football. FDI is the only European organization that has a foundation in the form of its own "Football Identity". FDI operates throughout Europe. The author of the "Football Identity of FDI", the whole concept and all projects is Marcin Gabor. FDI realizes its own vision and goals on the basis of the "Complementary Concept". One of the most important pillars of our strategy is "Club Development". We support European clubs on the foundations of FDI: "Football Identity" as well as "Club Development Model". FDI conducts specially designed research projects, organizes webinars and conferences. In addition, FDI experts also give lectures at external football events.
