knext was created to prepare culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) people, including people of colour, for the future of work. A social enterprise designed by and for CALD (culturally and linguistically diverse) individuals including people of colour, knext (pronounced as 'next') works with clients to design and shape an adaptable, meaningful and sustainable career roadmap. Rooted in design thinking, we get real about managing career barriers and use a combination of data, insights and coaching support that will enable clients to forge a meaningful career.
