C2R was founded by, and is staffed by, a number of former members of the Buildings Quantity Surveying Team at a Leading Australian Integrated Project Services Provider. C2R provide holistic cost services to owners, operators, developers and investors throughout the lifecycle of their assets (from "Concept" to "Reality"). Our team comprises Chartered Engineering and Chartered Quantity Surveying staff, offering proactive construction cost consultancy services and advice. Our particular focus, and expertise, is concentrated on Buildings projects in the Social Infrastructure Sector, including Education, Health, Justice and Defence for both Public and Private Sector Clients.
