The regional office served constitutions of US Congressman Timothy Eugene Scott in his prior role as an elected member of the US House of Representatives. Now Senator Scott, he has served as a United States Senator from South Carolina since his appointment to the role by Governor Nikki Haley in 2013. In 2014 Senator Scott won the special election for a full term in the US Senate. The office was permanently closed in 2012 when US Representative Tim Scott becomes US Senator Tim Scott and opened his new offices as Senator.
