Members of our sober tribe can track daily intentions and actions that keep them sober and connect with others like themselves. In addition members have access to relevant channel content focused on the education around addiction, recovery and wellness. Why My Life Link: What separates My Life Link is the ability for users to engage with their community and connect with people they can relate too whether it is type of addiction(s) or education to career choice or sober hobbies. We know that the human connection is critical to achieving and maintaining sobriety and we can learn from others who have found ways to get and stay sober by seeing how they help themselves everyday and help their community through selfless actions. Action Tracking: There are two ways to track actions. The first is under My Life which are the actions and sometimes feelings you experience daily to maintain your sobriety. The second is under My Link which is where you track those activities that help the community around you. Becoming more selfless is a key component to maintaining sobriety. Track individual daily habits, such as setting your morning intentions and reflecting on your day to actions and sometimes feelings you experience throughout the day such as fear, ego and being triggered. The key to logging your actions and feelings is for the community to follow the progress of others, learn and encourage continued success!
