We create a vibrant, authentic community where residents get deep social value through meaningful relationships with their housemates. Shared meals, events, workshops and creative projects all happen consistently through resident-led initiatives. We hold long-term contracts on apartment buildings that are designed for our model but built and financed by our real estate development partners. We take a fee on rents.
