As TEDx Perth speaker coach from 2011-15, Rachael coached two speakers to standing ovations. She has coached numerous executives and senior managers to deliver high impact conference talks and panel appearances, and prepared many new graduates for their first speaking appearance. Rachael gave her own TEDx talk in 2017. A varied background that includes first class honours in Civil Engineering, circus performance qualification from Greentop Circus Sheffield and University Diploma in Yogic Education from the University of Lille, France, Rachael’s approach is multi-layered, helping speakers understand their most important ideas, distil complex concepts into audience-friendly language – and find their unique, engaging delivery style. Rachael’s work is informed by nearly two decades leading strategic projects in WA’s engineering and public sectors and UK social enterprise scene. She is also the founder of national social enterprise Yoga for Pain Care Australia which introduced a new model for pain care into regional Australia.
