We work with our clients to identify potential market and customer opportunities, where you need to focus your efforts, plan your growth and then implement the plan to get the results you want. We assist in establishing governance structures to enable growth and ultimately succession and exit, including advisory boards and governance boards. For family businesses, beyond the above services, we assist in managing the “family” aspect of the business, bringing new family members in or managing existing family members already in the business and planning and implementing succession between generations.
