The Convention Bureau Roma e Lazio – CBReL - was created at the joint initiative of 4 main associations representing the local expertise in Rome and in the whole Lazio region. The CBReL, public-private company, represents a partnership between Roma city council, Lazio council and the MICE operators. Despite was created only in 2017, the CBReL already counts on many members for the whole chain of the service production: Congress centres, hotels, venues, service providers, strategic players. The mission of CBReL consists of Destination Marketing, Coordination of supply, RfP management, candidacy, bid of destination. CBReL provides for solid support for the organization of events within the destination. WHY US • Because CBReL has a deep knowledge of the destination and is able to support even the most demanding event organizer for the development of a project. • Because CBReL has a consolidate partnership with the institutions and represents the entire MICE proposal • Because CBReL does not provide merely information only.
