MC Two Pty Ltd is a human services consulting firm operated by Joseph Connellan which focuses on developing housing, aged care and disability services within non government and Government agencies. Joseph Connellan, the Director of MC Two Pty Ltd, has 20 years experience in developing and delivering housing (disability, transitional, aged and co-operatives) and services to people with a disability including mental health and acquired brain injury (ABI). Joseph has held the position of Executive Officer in: •Supported Housing Ltd-housing 1,000 tenants with a disability. •Headway Victoria - advocacy for people with an acquired brain injury. •The Abbeyfield Society - providing supportive housing for older people. •Common Equity Housing Finance – financing co-operative housing. Joseph has also worked in policy and program development including within the Department of Human Services developing the DHS ABI Strategic Plan and the Municipal Association of Victoria developing the Victorian Local Government Housing Policy. Joseph has a Business Degree, a Masters in Social Sciences and has completed the Strategic Perspectives in Nonprofit Management at the Harvard Business School.
