GTA Rewards Association
www.gtarewards.caFounded in June 2006, the GTA Rewards Association is a not-for-profit, volunteer-based entity comprised of over 350 members. The Association is led by a Board of Directors with the collaboration of an Advisory Board. A team of volunteers support the Board to ensure our membership represented as initiatives are planned. All members are welcome to attend and participate in the Annual General Meeting held each year. Decisions made by the Board follow the policy guidelines set out in governing articles. Our focus is on creating a vibrant community for total rewards and related professionals in the GTA by: • Delivering meaningful educational, networking , and other learning opportunities • Helping to advance the professional practice of compensation, benefits and total rewards • Assisting members to succeed in their current roles and future careers through certification and sharing of information, best-practices, challenges, and trends • Raising awareness of the profession among university and college students and through partnering with other HR and related associations.
