Tannour Consultants was founded in 2015 in response to the overwhelming yet unrecognized need for perceptual and behavioral change in Egypt. Tannour Consultants is the first consulting agency in Egypt and the Middle East to focus exclusively on gender. We work on research and policy, trainings and workshops, and communications. Gender is the focus of our work, crosscutting with other subject matters including ICT, law, culture, politics, human rights, economics, media, health and education. We adopt a transformative approach to gender inequalities and discrimination. We saw a change-maker in each and every kind of organization whether a multinational corporation, local business, NGO or multilateral organization.
