This project includes a swimming pool, clubhouse, fitness center, community room, maintenance building, pet spa, dog run/park area and 3 detached parking garages. Downtown Commons II: This is a wood-framed, 36-unit residential project located in Downtown La Plata, MD. This project includes garden walk-up style, 2-bedroom apartments with stone countertops and vinyl plank and carpet throughout the units.
