Our primary work areas include women’s advancement, interrupting racial and gender bias in the workplace, family responsibilities discrimination, pregnancy discrimination, and work-life issues for men as well as women. We conduct practical, intersectional research and create concrete tools that transcend race, class and gender. We seek to support women in STEM, women in the legal profession, women in higher education, and in general, women in other typically male dominated arenas.
