WELCOME TO GRANDMOTHER'S TOUCH! We are a National company based in Mississauga, Ontario who specialize in water damage restoration and industrial cleaning of administrative office buildings. The Grandmother’s Touch was founded in 1999 by Lexton Bates and Edward Sendrea. We started out small by focusing simply on residential carpet cleaning, but knew we wanted to grow the business in to something more. Over the years we expanded our service offerings to include much more than carpet cleaning. In March 2014, Lexton became the sole owner of the company. His goal was to provide janitorial and maintenance solutions that would enhance the lives and work environment of its clients. The Grandmother’s Touch believes in creating an open communication system with each of its clients to ensure we fulfill all their needs.
