James Dean Commercial was established in 1992 as a subsidiary business to James Dean Real Estate, Tingalpa’s first full service real estate agency which commenced trading in 1973. Starting with E.C Dean & Sons in Cleveland in 1920, the Dean family holds a long tradition in the Queensland Real Estate Industry. Each generation over the years has been involved with the Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ), some as Presidents or Branch Presidents. The fifth generation family business is now carried forth by Director of James Dean Commercial, Zac Dean, who is passionate and committed to upholding the legacy. James Dean Commercial is a dynamic commercial and industrial agency servicing the Southern Trade Coast precinct and South East QLD. In addition to traditional Sales and Leasing, our team offer a diverse skillset as advisers in the Special Projects and Property Development sector. Our small determined team is led by director Zac Dean, who throughout his 5 years in the industry, has facilitated over $120 Million dollars in transactions. Associate Director Nick Koschel works closely alongside Zac, combining their knowledge of the Tradecoast market with a genuine rapport shared with local businesses, property owners and investors. Olivia Mifsud works alongside Nick and Zac. Olivia plays a vital role in the day to day operations of the business. She is not afraid to roll up her sleeves and get the job done.
