From 2011, he was a board member at Zenergy Power Plc; from April 2011 to January 2016 also at Synety Group Plc. Dr. Oehm is chairman of the supervisory board of InCity Immobilien AG. He holds a PhD from the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences at the University of Kiel. Max Meier is a lawyer and comes from an entrepreneurial family in the fields of waste and recycling management, renewable energies and takeover business. He studied international business management, as well as law in France, Switzerland and Germany. After founding and selling his first own company, he specialized in corporate transactions. He worked as a securities analyst and publishing author with a focus on M&A, as well as special situations at an asset manager, and as a legal-economic expert at EY and Friedrich Graf von Westphalen. Daniel Flaig (Mellinckrodt & Cie. AG) is CEO and Managing Partner at Capvis AG, the largest Swiss private equity firm. He has extensive experience in structuring management buyouts in the DACH region with a focus on industrial and technology companies. He currently holds offices at Arena, Hess Natur and Kaffee Partner. He was chairman or vice chairman of the board of Uster Technologies, Württembergische Metallwarenfabrik (WMF), VAT and Bartec. Daniel Flaig holds a master's degree in management from Stanford University and a lic.-oec. degree from the University of St. Gallen (HSG). Last IPO transaction: VAT Group AG in April 2016 (EV of approx. EUR 1.5 billion) together with Partners Group on the Swiss Stock Exchange.
