Ama Wellness is a yoga therapy practice offering wellness resources for African-American women and girls. We provide tools to empower Black women and girls to improve their mental, physical and emotional health using the therapeutic benefits of yoga. By using an integrative health approach, we address many social and health concerns prevalent amongst women in the African-American community.
