Central Coast Group Training (CCGT) is a not for profit Group Training Organisation with over 37 years of experience in employment and is the leading provider of apprentices and trainees to Central Coast businesses. At present we have over 200 people employed with over 120 host employers. CCGT recruits, contracts and employs people for medium to long term placements and can cater for any industry. We manage all aspects of recruitment, workers compensation, payroll and administration, government obligations, training requirements and workplace health and safety. This ensures successful career and business development for our apprentices, trainees, host employers and internal staff. Throughout their employment term, we offer a dedicated Field Officer to provide on-site support, coaching and mentoring. In 2013, CCGT were named Employer of Choice at the Central Coast Business Excellence Awards and have been State Finalists in the same category at the NSW Business Chamber Awards and the NSW/ACT Regional Achievement Awards.
