Don Alberto Bachmann Schön arrived in the 1920s from Switzerland in charge of the bakery and pastry for the opening of the Country Club in San Isidro. As a typical hard-working Swiss, he saved and invested his money in order to open a small shop in the center of Miraflores, which he called: La Tiendecita Blanca. Here traditions were born. He introduced to Lima the famous bread (pan de molde), the colorful Easter eggs and assorted pastries all classical European recipes. Currently, Alberto Bachmann Trisolini continues with this legacy constantly innovating the restaurants gastronomy, maintaining the quality and good service that characterizes us.
