Colquitz Engineering Ltd. was founded in 2016 by Jeff Howard, P.Eng. Mr. Howard has over 20 years of consulting and local government experience, working with some of the top engineers in the province. Colquitz Engineering is dedicated to first-rate client service, and provision of technically excellent professional engineering advice and deliverables. Colquitz Engineering is a civil engineering firm with a focus on water resources. By water resources, we mean managing the interaction between people and water in any form, including rainwater, drinking water or wastewater; and in any setting, from underground infrastructure in urban settings to creeks, rivers and lakes in undeveloped areas.
