LOLA (Local Omaha Ladies Advancing) is a local group of women focused on connecting established professionals, women early in their careers, and students, through a variety of networking/mentorship hosted events. We are focused on maximizing career experiences through the shared lens of navigating our professions as women. LOLA promotes sharing insight, advice, experience during a time when women are making critical decisions about their future. Mentorship is limited to the event to provide flexibility to members without over commitment of any individual, though all attendees are encouraged to engage further at their own will. Our future intent is to affiliate with local colleges and universities to correlate event content with existing curriculum requirements for local outreach, mentorship, or networking.
