Specifically, Tom has an extensive background in real estate and mortgage lending, having owned three Century 21 franchises as well as having founded Majestic Mortgage in 1987, an organization he grew to $450 million a year with branches in multiple states and later sold to Cherry Creek Mortgage. The Path2Buy Home Ownership Education Program assists mortgage lenders with growing their purchase business by teaching their originators how to acquire, incubate and convert potential home buyers.
