EmployER wellbeing has five components: 1) teaching leaders to self-coach; 2) teaching leaders to coach their direct reports; 3) putting leaders from different companies into peer groups for mutual support; 4) observing the effectiveness of management teams and coaching improvements in individual behaviours to improve them; 5) teaching management team members to coach their direct reports.
