Our aim in the Department of Engineering is to give the best education possible, providing an encouraging, supportive and intellectually challenging environment where students can develop their skills and enhance their employability. Our academic staff are all actively engaged in research at the frontiers of modern engineering analysis, design, and practice. Their passion and knowledge is brought into all courses, where students are exposed to and are actively involved in the cutting-edge research that goes on within the Department.
