Creating cultural awareness, practicing cultural skills and developing intercultural competence to improve the effectiveness of intercultural interactions and achieve results across cultures. The changing and continuous developing business environment requires organisations to develop global acumen within their people and teams: our intercultural training and coaching programs focus on assisting professionals and managers to operate within this dynamic environment. Developing the competence to interact with colleagues, partners and clients who’s preferred way of working and communicating are a mix of their national cultural background, the organisational culture, and the team culture. We offer our professional expertise through (virtual) training, (virtual) coaching, consulting, public speaking, and webinars. Our experienced trainers and accredited coaches facilitate in-house or virtual training, work with individuals and/or small groups via our public open courses, and coach professionals and leaders in face-to-face or virtual coaching sessions. Our interventions incorporate for example, assessments to measure and benchmark level of competence, preferences and styles; practical tools to map cultural know-how and cultural differences beyond stereotypes; communication and collaboration skills to effectively bridge the cultural gaps; and apply strategies and practices to successfully reconcile dilemmas and integrate the cultural gaps.
