Dubai Police Scientists’ Council was first established in 2018 in line with the wise vision of H.H Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minster of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, with the aim to create an environment dedicated to innovators, academicians and scientific researchers and to build the future of the new generations of Emirati scientists and researchers. The Council works to provide scientific advice, detect challenges and establish policies to solve these challenges and foresee the future of the development in the field of safety and security fulfilling the strategic goals of Dubai Police. This will allow our future generations to reach a level of scientific excellence and be prepared to compete for national and international scientific prizes. The Council also works towards the establishment of cooperations and partnerships among research and scientific entities in the government and private sectors to be exposed to best practices and to share knowledge and expertise
