Concept: Venn Architectural Services provide clients with a free no obligation estimate based on our initial meeting. By contracting Venn Architectural Services our aim is providing a design led service and solution that is both creative and cost effective. Design: With the in formation that we have gathered from our initial meeting, including our site survey, we will prepare design schemes and liase with clients to finalise a scheme that the client is happy with. Once this has been agreed we will prepare and lodge the neccessary applications to obtain the permissions that will be required through the local authority before the construction phase can be undertaken. Construct: Venn Architectural Services provide a Design Build Service. We deal with highley skilled and professional tradesman who provide a cost effective service that does not compromise on the quality of finish. If the Design Build Service is not required we still provide the highest quality and standard of service for the above.
