Founded in 1972 in the automotive business garage of the Weaver brothers Harold and Glenn, the company combined automotive repair with construction in the agricultural industry. By 1978, both sides of the company had grown so much that the business split so that each brother could specialize in their individual passions. Harold joined in the partnership with his wife Sondra, moving the business from Campbelltown to Annville onto their farm. In less than 10 years, the couple saw their business double.
