ERAS (and SEC) personnel have conducted several thousand real estate environmental assessment projects in an area from Orange to Redding, California and eastward to Reno, Nevada. ERAS has expertise in the following areas: site remediation planning, implementation and oversight, contractor supervision, Bidding and cost analysis and cost recovery from the State of California Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund. Phase II projects completed by the company include on and off-site soil and groundwater investigations on public and private property. A variety of sampling techniques were used including Hydropunch and Cone Penetrometer Testing (CPT) methods as well as a large variety of hollow stem auger drilling rigs. Smaller scale, low cost and expedient Phase 2 sampling projects have also been completed for property transfers and other financial transactions.
