Hummingbird Food, LLC is a holistic wellness company dedicated to WHOLE living. I created this company with the soul purpose of helping anyone in search of a little guidance, love and light around their struggles with food, body and self-image. Throughout the course of my 30 years of life, I've had a very toxic, love/hate relationship with food and body. After years of self-abuse (lack of self-love/worth/confidence) that I infused into many facets of my life, Divine intervention stepped in. I came to the realization that perhaps I’ve gone through all of these challenges so that I could one day help others dealing with the same or similar issues. The more I questioned the Universe, the clearer my purpose became, ultimately leading me to pursue this path of becoming an Eating Psychology Coach (certified through the Institute for the Psychology of Eating (IPE)), and a self-proclaimed Wholeness Guide. Whether your challenges are related to body image, overeating, binge eating, emotional eating, weight and/or chronic dieting, I can offer you an enlightening new approach to help heal your relationship with food & body. As I learned through my training at IPE, more often than not, the difficulties we face in these areas are very-much connected to other aspects of our personal life, such as stress, relationship, work, money, family, etc. It is my goal to help you navigate through all of the parts of your life story that aren't allowing you to be fully present and embodied, also known as WHOLE, or in other words - the best version of YOU. The philosophy of Hummingbird Food is based on our Divine Birthright - to live authentically, happily and whole - mind, body, heart, and soul - and I am making it my true purpose to inspire others to embody this same sacred principle, in their own unique way.
