The Shippers Council of Eastern Africa (SCEA) is a business membership organization that represents the interests of importers and exporters in Kenya and the Eastern Africa Region (Shippers). It provides a platform to members to articulate their concerns and demands to service providers and government regulatory institutions. Our mandate is to advocate for an improved policy and trade environment, educate shippers on their rights and obligations in import and export trade, interpret government regulations and procedures, and provide a platform for sharing experiences through networking forums, and training and awareness workshops.
