Hebrides Mountain Rescue are a voluntary organisation who are a member of the Mountain Rescue Committee of Scotland.Hebrides Mountain Rescue are tasked by the Police, and perform a variety of roles, including mountain rescue, search and rescue, and community resilience. Hebrides Mountain Rescuework closely with other emergency services agencies, such as the Police, Coastguard, NHS, etc. Hebrides Mountain Rescue are on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and rely on donations to keep going.
