Circuitus Capital was founded in 2014 by Carsten Kengeter, Niccolo Ragnini Kothny and the two construction & concessions groups Sacyr SA and Fininc SpA (operating in a stable consortium since 2004). The Partners of Circuitus Capital seeded the initiative with a 162km Greenfield toll road in Italy, the Superstrada Pedemontana Veneta. Circuitus Capital, in collaboration with its joint-venture partners Sacyr and Fininc, is ideally positioned to extract value from Greenfield projects and Brownfield assets.
