Vishwa Shanti Yoga School registered with Yoga Alliance USA as RYS 200 and RYS 300, provides 200 hour, 300 hour and 500 hour yoga teacher training courses in Rishikesh India. The school has a core team of four instructors with four more visiting instructors to teach hatha and astanga yoga - philosophy, anatomy, meditation, pranayama, nutrition and diet and others. The teacher training courses are designed to provide students with knowledge and understanding of yoga in such a way that they will be able to teach yoga to others as an instructor after the completion of the course.
