Gallang is a word from the Jagera nation and means “healing.” Gallang Place is a not-for-profit Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander corporation supports Aboriginal and Torres Strait lslander people on their journey of healing creating healthier lives and relationships. At Gallang Place we can provide a range of counselling, advocacy and support services that can help you live a healthier and happier life. Our counsellors can help with many issues and concerns that you may face – having a deep respect for your rights, culture, history and your community. We also provide training through our RTO - Gallang Education and Training.
