An East Sussex Pilates Studio, established in 2009, offering small group and private Matwork and Equipment Classes, online and in-studio. We are a small, friendly team of dedicated and highly experienced Pilates teachers, who are passionate about our work, and its positive impact on people’s lives and wellbeing.
