Venezuelan humanitarian system change organization, that seeks to improve the capacities of social organizations that are addressing the Venezuelan humanitarian needs. Fundación S4V was designed under the principle of subsidiarity "as local as possible, as international as necessary" (localization agenda), and is a partner of the Humanitarian Response Plan Venezuela 2020/2021. Works together with United Nations agencies and public-private partnerships in capacity building for Venezuelan humanitarian workers in the management of humanitarian organizations, projects and measurement of humanitarian impacts.
