At Stantech AI, our goal is to revamp the existing inventory management systems to free-up working capital, prevent lost sales, and shorten delivery time; the incumbent ‘gut-based’ operations have become archaic and are in dire need for an overhaul. We employ state-of-the-art machine learning models to forecast, optimise, and schedule inventory. Sustainability lies at the core of our operations, with our vision being to reduce the environmental damage stemming from excess and shortage of inventory; when a firm writes off its unsold inventory, more often than not the items end up in the landfill. On the other hand, increased stock shortages result in high reordering rates, causing transportation emissions to stack up. As such, in both the scenarios, mismanagement of SKUs not only impacts the bottom line but also impairs the environment. It is our mission to iron out such inefficiencies to generate value for all stakeholders.
