Founded by senior corporate leaders and accomplished theatre exponents, Ventures has expanded its platform from a banner of theatre enthusiasts, staging plays, to include Theatre based interventions in Behavioral Coaching. Ventures was started with two key missions: (a) Staging high quality plays involving actors with little or no past experience in theatre (b) Driving increased viewership for theatre by reaching out to wider audience and engaging them meaningfully through its stage productions The past productions of Ventures have been a successful testimony to the missions that Ventures had set for itself as Ventures could perform and engage with the audience in packed auditoriums in and outside of Bangalore. Ventures has now expanded its offerings to include 'Theatre Based Intervention in Behavioral Coaching. Theatre Based Intervention or Theatre Based Training is a unique proposition to make behavioral or soft skill training powerful and effective in a participatory and experiential environment. Having spent more than 25 years in senior leadership positions, in corporates, spanning across multiple industries and having deeply engaged in theatre, the founders, Susanto Banerjee and Mohua Sengupta have realized the importance of theatre in understanding and influencing the behavioral aspects of human beings irrespective of their age, race, socio-economic status etc. Ventures has launched its programs on Behavioral Coaching for adults and kids, and is partnering with organisations to help their people realize their true potential through an engaging and experiential theatrical journey.
