Heather studied Fibers at Savannah College of Art and Design and soon after went to work designing products and managing design projects worldwide for boutique and fortune 500 companies worldwide. For over 15 years she has collaborated with her clients to create custom textile (carpet) design solutions for residential and commercial spaces. In 2010 she followed through on her vision of owning her own business and launched HKpowerStudio where she continues to use her creative design background and innate organizing skills to guide her clients. In 2012 she and her husband re-located from the DC Metro area to Charleston, SC & through the process of both she has been committed to following her dream of being a creative entrepreneur & building her relationship to the creative community.
