4Them is a website utilised by Charitable Organisations, Schools, and Businesses. Connecting students and employees participating in community service - with organisations in need (specifically - marginalised). We provide a user-friendly website that incorporates all aspects of community service. Allowing organisations to post ads for support, students/employees to book service opportunities, and teachers/staff to monitor and track progress. We also provide a certificate upon request of completed hours to date. 4Them is aimed at encouraging all students/employees across NSW/Australia to participate in Community service, and to be able to do so in a safe and controlled environment. Engaging in service allows individuals to become active members of their community through building relationships, exposure to diversity and multiculturalism, whilst providing service to those who are most in need. Significantly develops interpersonal, communication and critical thinking skills as well as assisting participants to find passions and interests in avenues they may not have considered. Community service further enables individuals to acquire life skills and knowledge, which has a lasting, positive impact on society.
