Our founder, Raymond Blanc, is one of the UK’s most highly respected chefs, and opened his first brasserie in Oxford in 1990. In doing so, he fulfilled his ambition to make fresh seasonal French food accessible to everyone. Since then, we have taken his vision as our blueprint to grow our collection of White Brasserie pubs and Blanc Brasseries. We are an award-winning group of 18 pubs and 14 brasseries serving classic French brasserie food created, cooked and brought to the table by people who genuinely care. At the heart of every one of our pubs and brasseries is a feeling of family, a home from home, both for our guests and for the people who work here.
