Sosa Sod, a family-owned and operated small business, began in the mind of entrepreneur, Paul V. Sosa in 1978. Paul and his wife Juanita were a young couple struggling to provide for two tween girls and their newborn son. They took their savings, purchased their first truck, and began providing excellent service to customers. Through recession, drought, hurricanes, and illness, the business has survived and is currently under management of Paul’s son Pablo. In loving memory of Paul Sosa, the founder of Sosa Sod, we are slashing our already low prices as a tribute to his years of service and contribution to the community. When planting a new lawn, the first step is to remove any poor-quality turf. We use the most efficient methods with the least amount of environmental impact. Once the grass is removed, this is the perfect opportunity to raise low spots and take down high spots which can cause irrigation and drainage issues in your yard.
