Founded on 25 November 1993, the road building company Binders SIA inherited the first technical resources, as well as the specialists and the best practices from the former 2nd Road Building Section of Saulkrasti. During this time, the company has managed to consolidate its positions in the Latvian road construction industry and currently is one of the country’s largest and most vigorous road building firms.
