Capital City Housing NPC (CCH) is a Non-Profit Organization, in terms of the Companies Act of 2008, Act No. 71 and was established as an independent, registered, Section 21 company in March 1999. We strive to provide affordable, quality, integrated, housing units for the lower-middle income earners of the Msunduzi Metropolitan. Our 3 well-maintained housing complexes are Acacia Park in Oribi, Signal Hill in Prestbury and Aloe Ridge in Westgate/Grange, which offer modern units, with open plan kitchens and comfortable living space.
